Witryna9 mar 2014 · TN. I tried it with 175s and found significant pressure and accuracy simultaneously. It is much more appropriate for lighter bullets in the 308. Using RL-15 goes from 2698 to 2789fps. Right now I have no RL-15 to try, so I will use this for hunting this year. Maybe I can play more after season.
Witryna16 paź 2013 · 4350 is temp sensitive so I'd go 4831, but I'd probably try RL 22 first. All IMR and Reloder powders are temperature sensitive with the exception of 8208 XBR and Reloder 15, and none of the 4350s or 4831 powders or others with similar burn rates are ideal powders for the Whelen.
