WebMay 15, 2007 · I then deleted all and tried reloading and still no fix. Tivo help said it must be the hard drive. I got a new hard drive and same problem. I then figured out I could download with a phone connection no problems but it is a long distance number. Tivo wants to sell me a new one for $149 and I have the lifetime service. Any ideas thanks
