WebCryptophthalmos refers to a group of uncommon congenital anomalies of eyelid formation that can occur alone or in combination with multiple congenital anomalies as part of the Fraser syndrome. We present a case of bilateral abortive cryptophthalmos in a child with Fraser syndrome and discuss the problems of surgical management.
