WebJun 5, 2015 · I need a new tricolour light, and am thinking of fitting an LED to save amps. Nasa do one for about £55, Hella for £130 and Lopolight for £400+. All claim to be: waterproof, long lasting, maintenance-free and have 2 mile range. Any thoughts on pros/ cons would be helpful. Thanks. WebJul 6, 2015 · I bought 1 from boatlamps (£30 inc vat rated at 5w)) and 1 from Bedazzled (£30inc VAT rated at 6w) and 1 from eBay (£12inc VAT rated at unknown) They are all much of a muchness in terms of brightness and not as bright as a single fluorescent tube contrary to what Bedazzled says which is that 1 tube is as bright as 3 normal 8w tubes.
